    It was extremely helpful to read all the parts of your article that talked about the ways yoga can reduce anxiety and stress, specifically when it stated the parts of the body it focuses on. Anxiety and stress by themselves can be a big pain, but if body aches show up along with them, I find myself almost unable to function or work properly at all. Yoga sounds like a great way to deal with all of these problems at once, so I’ll look for any online classes that can help me find ways to get used to it so I can make it part of my regular routine.
