Our Standard Non-AC Rooms offer a comfortable and peaceful stay during your yoga training or retreat. You can choose a single or shared room, each with an attached bathroom and hot shower. With good natural airflow and the gentle Goan breeze, the rooms stay pleasant without air conditioning. Simple, clean, and cozy, they’re perfect for resting, relaxing, and enjoying a more natural, eco-friendly way of living by the coast.

Our Superior AC Rooms are spacious, calm, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing during your yoga training or retreat. The room is air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed with soft lighting, cozy bedding, and a clean, modern feel. It includes an attached bathroom with a hot shower and enough space to sit, rest, and unwind. Suitable for single or shared stay, this room is ideal for guests who prefer extra comfort while still enjoying a peaceful, retreat-style environment.
Goa is a much greener state in India, and Yoga Nisarga is located in beautiful nature just 5 min walking distance from famous and beautiful Mandrem Beach, Goa.
Our Yoga center is a two-story and a beautiful resort surrounded by coconut trees and nature with a mountain, an ideal location for Yoga Teacher Training and Retreats. The rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The rooms equipped with a king-sized bed with a non AC and AC, attached bath, and hot water.
If you plan to arrive a few days before or wish to stay a few days more after the course ends, let us know so we can reserve the room for you, depending upon availability.
