History and Philosophy of Yoga
A theoretical and comprehensive lesson which will help you understand how and why yoga became one of the most sought-after practice when it comes to improving both mental and physical health. This will help you build a strong foundation in your journey of becoming a knowledgeable yoga trainer. After attending this part of the course, you will be able to impart detailed information on the importance of yoga in one’s life to your students in the future. Every day, the class will gather together and discuss the “Eight Limbs of Yoga” over the course of eight days. By the end, you will learn how to fully incorporate yoga into your own life as well.
Intensive Study and Practice of Asanas (postures)
After acquiring theoretical knowledge, you will now be able to practice the physical practices affiliated with yoga. Different postures, techniques and the benefits they bestow on your body, will all be taught and discussed in this section. Twice a day, you will have our skilled teacher and co-teacher, training you to become an expert in the art of yoga and with the culmination of the course, you will specialize in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Sanskrit Names of Yoga Postures
As you learn the different yoga postures and techniques, you will simultaneously learn the Sanskrit names corresponding to them. Anatomy & Physiology

Kriyas, Bandhas & Mudras
Kriyas, Bandhas, and Mudras are the three important pillars of the yogic experience. Kriya- For the purification of the body and mind through various cleansing exercises. Bandhas - This practice involves blocking the energy in you from flowing to a particular area in the body for a short time, and then releasing it, flooding the area with the positive energy. Mudras - Different hand gestures and positions that help in the facilitation of energy flow in the body. This course will give you a detailed recognition of the correct ways to practice these techniques.
Yoga Nidra & Yoga Shatkarmas
The practice of yoga nidra helps you attain a level of deep relaxation with focus and concentration. It helps you travel to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. This will eliminate any and all stress and tension from your body. Our experienced teachers will guide you through the whole procedure and help you understand how you can perform and guide our students when you become a professional trainer. Shatkarmas, on the other hand, are various practices that help rid your body of harmful toxins accumulated in your lifetime and purify it from within.

By the end of the course, you would have already taught at least two full classes by yourself. This will help you build confidence and get an experience of how your job is going to be in when you deal with students.
