We offer daily Ashtanga Yoga classes in Goa. This style is made famous by K Patthabi Jois, also known as Mysore style. Ashtanga Yoga is suitable for beginners to advanced Yoga practitioners also for people who love strong physical challenging asanas. This method is synchronized with breath, called Vinyasa and it has a flow with the sequence. However, the teacher can make it softer according to the group or individuals. The primary series of Ashtanga starts with the sun salutations A and B, standing asanas, sitting sequence, finishing sequence and deep relaxation at the end. The teacher will adjust and offer modifications according to individual needs.

Traditional Hatha Yoga is the original style of Yoga, also known as Classical Yoga as well. Asanas are gentle and practiced with body and breathing awareness. Poses are meditative, held for some time and relaxing in between asanas after a few asanas. Hatha Yoga is one of the most famous Yoga styles practiced around the world. It is suitable for any age and classes are adaptable for everyone. In the class variations and modifications of the poses will be introduced to the students so they can perform all asanas safely.Hatha Yoga has numerous benefits for body and mind, such as proper blood circulation, detoxification, improved flexibility, better joint mobility, and deep relaxation.

You have to drop in 5 minutes early in the school for every session you have to participate in
