Dmytro Vrubel is a yoga teacher based in Samui, Thailand, with 500 hours of E-RYT with Yoga Alliance.
Dmytro has been practicing hatha yoga and meditation since 2002. At the age of 19, health issues prompted him to take up hatha yoga. These issues were successfully overcome, and since then, Dmytro has been inspired to share yoga practice with others, specializing in yoga therapy.
Since 2005, he has been working as a teacher. While traveling around the world, he has studied yoga therapy in many places, including India (Rishikesh), Thailand, and at home in Ukraine under the guidance of leading masters.
In India, he also mastered yoga in the Sivananda tradition and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
In his yoga practice, Dmytro combines modern anatomical knowledge with ancient, authentic wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda. His extensive experience working with students from all over the world enables him to find an approach for each individual.
Dmytro is also a professional musician and an expert in sound healing. He and his wife, Tatyana, conduct sessions that differ significantly from mainstream practices. Dmytro masters instruments such as the traditional Indian flute (Bansuri) and the handpan, which makes these sessions a transformative experience.
