Batch dates and early bird
We run several batches a year. Each is 21 days, with arrival from 10.00 am on the first day and check-out before 11.00 am on the last. The current batch dates and availability are on the Goa course page, which lists every batch with a €200 early-bird discount.
What is not included
The fee covers the course and, if you choose a room, your stay. Plan for these on top:
- Flights. The price depends on where you start, so check fares to Goa for your dates.
- Visa. See the note below.
- Travel and health insurance. We recommend you take out cover before you travel.
- Personal spending. Sunday is a day off with no meals in the residential package, and your own snacks, laundry and local trips are your own.
- Extra nights. If you arrive early or stay on after the course, tell us and we will reserve a room depending on availability. Extra nights are charged to you.
- Everything, if you choose non-residential. The €1,400 fee has no room and no meals, so budget for your own accommodation and food for the 21 days.
A note on the Indian visa
Most visitors enter India on an e-Tourist visa applied for online. The official portal lists a 30-day option, which covers a 21-day course, says to apply at least 4 days before arrival, and states that the fee depends on your country and carries a 3% bank charge. It also lists “attending short term yoga programme” among the activities an e-Tourist visa allows, but with the wording “courses not exceeding 6 months duration and not issued with a qualifying certificate”. Whether a course that ends in a certificate fits that wording is for the visa authorities to confirm, so check with them, and ask us, before you buy flights (Government of India e-Visa portal, as of October 2026).
How to compare Goa fees
A lower headline price does not always mean a lower total, because trainings differ in length, style, room type and meals. Compare the same things: number of nights, meals per day, room type, the certificate and what you pay on top. Our fees are in euros; use a current exchange rate for your own currency.
How to save on your Goa training
- Ask about the early-bird discount. Every 2026–27 batch is listed with €200 off. Confirm the deadline when you enquire.
- Choose a shared room. Shared is €200 less than single in both room types.
- Choose the standard room. It is €300 less than the superior room at the same occupancy. The standard room has no air conditioning; the superior room does.
- Go non-residential only if you have somewhere to stay. It is €400 less than a shared standard room, but you then pay for your own room and food.
How to book
Pick a batch and a room on the Goa course page, then send your application on the apply page. We ask for about 4 to 6 months of regular yoga practice before you join. If you are still choosing between our centres, read our comparison of Goa, Bali and Thailand.
