I spent 16 years in corporate tourism before realizing I needed to make a change in my life. I travelled to India, to complete my 200hr YTT, and came back a different person, not just physically, but mentally.
Since then I have continued to practice and now a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader based in Turkey, specialising in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Yin Yoga.
I love to teach less about flexibility and more about helping people find their footing again, using breath, stillness, and the kind of slowing down that most of us resist until we really need it. My teaching style is to draw on traditional yoga foundations but speaks directly to modern life: the stress, the noise, the feeling of being constantly out of sync with yourself.
I hold space that tends to be quiet and grounded.
