The Founder & Director of Yoga Nisarga Swami Chaittanya Hari is a self-made person in the field of Yoga. In his very early age of six years old, he was introduced to the maximum of the Yoga practices. Starting from meditation he led himself to numerous holistic approaches. By holding his elder brother’s hand, who is known as Yogi Abhay, Swami Chaittanya Hari made himself a prominent Yoga & Meditation expert before taking his footsteps to his teenage.
He started exploring and approaching various paths to learn Yoga & Meditation in its best way and implement them in daily human life. During those days, the teacher deepened himself in this culture and started traversing many cultural places which are specifically into Yoga & Meditation practices.
Swami Chaittanya prosperous travel includes some of the very well-known ashrams situated in India, like as, Meher Baba’s Pilgrimage, Shivpuri Baba Nepal, the Ramana Maharshi Ashram, Swami Rama Ashram, OSHO Ashram, Yogananda, and Sufi Masters & Tibetan Monastery’s. The successful early life achievement of Swami Chaittanya Hari didn’t make him stop. The person further studied Mysore-Style Ashtanga Yoga, in Anjuna, Goa. This time, he was in influence with Rolf & Marci, the Mysore-Style yoga classes were used to be taken by these two well-known Yoga professionals. While being prominent in Mysore-Style Ashtanga Yoga, he also spread his learning by practicing Hatha, & Iyengar Yoga. Such a diversified, and rare combination profile makes Swami Chaittanya Hari one of the most prominent yoga professional in our country. Even today, the person is learning Martial arts, which includes, Tai Chi, Chi Gong & Sufi. It’s a stunning achievement accomplished by him that he has successfully arranged more than 60 Yoga Teacher Training & numerous Yoga Retreat Programs across the globe. Swami Chaittanya Hari has teaching experience in different TTC schools not only in India but also in China, Russia, Thailand, Egypt, and Lebanon. He is also an expert in conducting Tibetan sound healing, reiki and mindfulness meditation workshops.
